Julie Howell

Julie Howell recently moved to Hallowell from southern Maine where she worked as a middle school teacher. In addition to teaching, she has always been an active volunteer in her community - including leading a Girl Scout troop, volunteering for a theater organization, and prior food pantry work.

Julie is excited about working with the Hallowell Food Pantry because it’s an opportunity to get involved and make a meaningful contribution, while making connections with her new neighbors. Julie lives with her husband, son, and daughter. She enjoys reading, gardening, and walking up and down the hills of Hallowell with her dog, Bailey.
